It is widely recognized that companies and organizations led by diversified boards perform better than those with less diversity. We are even beginning to see regulatory action being taken by some states, requiring boards to include at least one woman by the end of 2019. Please join us for a candid conversation with Diane Nordin, experienced board member and retired Partner at Wellington Management, about her experiences serving on a variety of boards, the role investors are playing in encouraging board diversity, and how qualified women can become board-ready.
